This yarn pack was created in collaboration with the designer Aneta Wawro from Crochet Arcade and is for people who have already purchased her Giraffe Cuddle and Play Blanket Crochet Pattern from her website or bought one of our complete kits and now is looking to buy only yarn.
If you haven't purchased the pattern yet you can:
This yarn pack includes our Dreamy Wool Cuddle Soft Chunky Yarn.
The quantity above is based on what the pattern designer used with their specific tension. All packs include slightly more yarn then actually used by the designer to make sure you don't run out of yarn. Each person crochets with a different tension, some crochet loosely and some tightly. If you are crocheting tightly, it's likely that you will end up with a smaller item and use less yarn so you will have some leftover yarn. Not to worry though, we have some free patterns on our blog and we will be adding more, so you can use up your extra yarn. If you crochet very loosely you might end up with a bigger size item and run out of yarn, therefore you might want to consider adding to the cart an extra ball of each colour just in case (especially if you are from outside the UK).
(you can buy all of them from our Haberdashery & Accessories section separately)
Free Delivery on UK orders over £50
Standard Delivery £2.90 (usually 2–4 working days) on UK orders under £50
Please note: Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, but during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery may take longer.
We ship internationally (excluding the EU). Shipping costs vary by country. To find the cost for your location:
All international orders may be subject to customs, handling, and import VAT charges.
Dreamy Wool Ltd does not cover these fees.
Charges are determined by your country, and the buyer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s duty and VAT thresholds before purchasing to avoid surprises.

If duties depend on product type:
Yarn HS Code: 551120
Country of Origin: Turkey
We’re currently unable to ship to Ireland or any EU country due to the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), effective December 2024.
These rules require small businesses to complete extra paperwork and appoint an EU representative with ongoing costs. As a tiny company, we’re not ready for this step yet—but we hope to offer EU shipping in the future.
We’re sorry for the disappointment and truly appreciate your support and understanding.
We’re excited to resume shipping to the USA! 🇺🇸
Here’s what US customers should know about possible charges:
Yarn duties: up to 7.5%
Reciprocal tariff: yarn made in Turkey, potentially adds 15%
Handling fees: DHL charges £17 for Express, so we removed Express shipping. We now offer Standard Shipping (7–30 days) via Royal Mail, with only a £0.50 clearance fee.
Maximum possible charges:
15% of order value + £0.50, or
22.5% (7.5% + 15%) of order value + £0.50
This is much lower than expected and similar to what Canadian customers have paid, keeping our yarn affordable.
Interesting fact: We recently sent a small US order after the new fees took effect. No duty invoice was issued, and the parcel was delivered immediately, suggesting small orders may sometimes be waived.
We haven’t implemented upfront duty charges on our site yet—it’s costly for a small family business. For now, we’ll email each US customer about potential duties before shipping to avoid surprises.
COLOURS DISCLAIMER: Please note actual colours may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
YARN QUANTITY DISCLAIMER: The quantity of yarn in the kit is based on what the pattern designer used with their specific tension and the size of the end product stated below. Each person crochets with different tension, some crochet loosely and some tightly. If you are crocheting tightly it's likely that you will end up with a smaller item and use less yarn. Not to worry though, we have some free patterns on our blog and we will be adding more, so you can use up your extra yarn. If you crochet very loosely you might end up with a bigger size item and run out of yarn, therefore you might want to consider adding to the cart an extra ball of each colourjust in case (especially if you are from outside the UK).
Unfortunately, because the yarn is part of the kit, any excess yarn not used cannot be returned.
